Lanvin Fall 2012

Alber Elbaz wasn't just celebrating his 10 year tenure at the creative helm at Lanvin with his autumn/winter showing, he was also celebrating the female form and his love of women.

Deffinetly one of his best collections to date with an explosion of vivid colour that opened the show which morphed into an almost militarist palette of indigo, charcoal, black and khaki. An array of clean, crisp lines of the hourglass tailored skirt suits and sheath dresses with their structured undulating peplums and sculpted bias ruffled necklines with all-over sequins and jewelled embellishment, lace overlay and exposed zips.

Loving that Lily Donaldson is back on the scene !
