"With the credit crunch and everybody cutting back, we decided to cut tulle ball gowns,"
arrrrr I absolutely LOVE this collection by Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, they always amaze me with there innovative creativity, not only is every piece so different and unique but when toned down can be completly wearable, the fitting is just stunning and so flattering to a womens body. I can't wait to see some of these garments on the red carpet, from the crazy cut out tulle ball gowns (check out how thick the material is I love it) to the cute and flirty short tulle dresses, and the shoes (drool) I so want them.

Haider Ackermann has a way of draping material that is just so unique and utterly beautiful, you can tell his craftsmanship from a mile away, he has this romantic signature in his garments that creates them to flow as if under water. I was so in love with his fall collection shown just 6 months ago, but I love this one even more, its almost the same vibe but to a new extent.
The saffron yellow and midnight blue that appeared midway through the show really brought it to life, I want every piece.

Soft, elegant and feminin is how I would describe Sophia Kokosalaki's collection, she has a rw talent of making the most boring materials look fabulous, I love the pixie/fairy vibe she brings into her collection, whether its intentional or not I always get the sense of a fairy tail land in her collections.

The best thing about this collection was that Jordan Dunn walked the runway with her growing pregnant belly, she looked so healthy and beautiful. Jean Paul Gaultier went for a real urban style this season, with some cute denim pieces (which seems to be main trend this spring), as well as a focus on undergarments of cone-bra corsets, also there was sence of embracing curves as a few of the models, wore padding at hip and derriere to make her appear more voluptuous, I think this is a good change although I feel if he was going for that effect why not get some plus size models.
